Greetings and blessings to you all.
“Rescue the weak and the needy, deliver them from the hand of the wicked.”
Tonight at Real Hope we started as we always do, with prayer and giving thanks to our Lord for the opportunity to spend time with our friends and for the strength and wisdom for the evening.
We had over 80 people in tonight, that’s over 80 of our friends that was fed, loved and prayed for. As usual we had Horton Housing who were hard at work finding accommodation, we also had Bevan Health Care there as well. They didn’t stop working throughout the whole night but everyone who needed to see them saw them so praise God. We also took orders for clothing and one of our Brothers in Christ was given a large donations of clothing and a sleeping bag, we are as thankful and as humble as always for the donations we receive. We had one of our volunteers delivering the message that night about how he was in Rehab over 20 times but it was Jesus who finally gave him the strength to beat his addiction, we are honored to see this work take place and to hear testimonies on how Jesus turns lives around. (2 Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things have become new.”).
We had some good conversations about that subject after we prayed and ate, We had a visit from Hope for Justice as well (Hope for Justice deal with human trafficking) After we were cleaned up and said goodbye to our friends we prayed the night out and gave thanks to God for His provision for His vision. we are also seeing our beloved friends come to church on Sunday morning service (please keep praying that more and more lives are changed through His grace).
Pray also for the home visits that are taking place, our beloved friends should not only see friendly faces on a weds evening but through out the week as well. in the midst of the storm and the suffering… God is working.
We thank you for your continued support and donations, we praise God for you all and your interest in this work and in the lives of our beloved friends.
2 Corinthians 13:14 “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen”.
God bless you all.
