Friday morning Outreach 10/01/14
Greetings, Grace and peace to you all.
This morning was a blessed one. As we arrived at the church we saw one of our beloved sisters stood on the street corner (for those of you that don’t know our church is located where our beloved brothers and sisters drink and work). We went and spoke to her, we told her who we are and she told us a bit about herself. The relationships we have formed are a real blessing although the stories of their lives are both challenging and distressing.
After a heartfelt conversation we were blessed with a chance to make sure that she got home safe. Before she left we prayed with her and she knows where our church is and was interested in attending and seeking Christ as her Lord and Savior (please pray that she seeks after Him).
Afterwards we went about our day. The people we meet are in desperate situation with desperate needs, they are our brothers and sisters, and all of us have a heart of love. Some of our team were in addiction and are now saved by the Grace of God.
Thank you for your continued prayers and support.
The Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. (2 Thess 3:18)
